This evening, there was a large gathering of missionaries at the Seventies Hall on Parley Street. Sister Missionaries serving in Nauvoo host tours from April through October and then leave to serve in another part of the United States for 6 months. They then return to Nauvoo to complete the final 6 months of their mission.

These sisters along with their leaders President and Sister Mehr and the Senior Site Missionaries greet and cheer them as they exit the Hall and announce their destinations. 36 Sisters opened out-bound calls tonight, and needless to say there was a lot of excitement.

Tomorrow is a very special day for us as our son Devin (Chad) has come to Nauvoo to take out his Endowment. We will have more on that tomorrow! We also got to meet our new granddaughter Lillian (5 months old). She was born after we left for Nauvoo. Sean, Jet, Alexander and Leila are also here to visit and share in Devin's important day.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Here's the Browning Building. It has been such an important part of our lives. It deserves mention as we begin telling the story of our 1 year journey.
